Our Suites are located almost 1 km from all major city sights in Florence like, (the Duomo of Santa Maria in Fiore, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio) morover from shopping venues (via Tornabuoni, via Calzaiouli).

Also we will be your best choice if your visit in Florence is for partecipating at meeting at Congress Palace or any fairs at Fortress da basso, we are only 300 metres from above sites, only 5 minutes walking distance.

From the main train station of Santa Maria Novella:
If you wish to walk you need to take yours left hand side exit of the station,  then take Via Nazionale straight on until the end of street which after Piazza Indipendenza will change the name as via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria, at the end you will croos a big avenue which is our street Viale Spartaco Lavagnini, croos the Avenue at the opposit side and turn left, walk up to the 42.number.
We suggest you to take taxi if you carry few luggages, taxi ride could cost between 10/15 Eur.

With Car:
From north take motorway exit FI-NORD follows city centre signs, than check and follow signs for  "Fortezza da Basso", after you've pass the castle go straight and you will start running our Avenue Viale Spartaco Lavagnini however you'll be on the side of the unpair number, so proceed to the end and keep your left hand side until piazza Libertà where you can turn back to our Avenue, our entrance is after INTESA bank.
From south take motorway exit FI-SUD, follows city centre signs and proceed to all way long bigs avenues until you reach Piazza Libertà, continue to "Fortezza da Basso" and after the square you'll start to run Viale Spartaco Lavagnini, proceed until INTESA bank.

From Florence Airport – A. Vespucci:
If you rent a car from the airport follow instructions like if you came from north FI-NORD, if not take taxi you'll save time and stress (taxi ride will cost 20 Eur plus little extra charge for luggages) do not ask taxi driver to delivery you by property name but you need to say the name and number of the street.
