All booking's modification or cancellation are possible free of charge only by written form and if made at least 7 days prior arrival date; same policy is apply for circumstance like local transportation strikes or any other eventual accident . 

Modifications or Cancellation outside of the dead-line we will apply the penalty of the 100% of the total amount of stay, same policy apply for early departure and NO-SHOW.

In case of reimbursement (if apply) will be deduct for administrative expensive in the amount of EUR 25,00 for each transaction. Reimbursement will be made ONLY trough bank transfer and/or trough credit card channel, depending of the original payment is been made from.

WE DO NOT REFUND IN CASH TROUGH AGENCY LIKE WESTERN UNION ETC...

Check-in time from 3:00 pm till 9:00 pm, check-out time before 11:00 am.
